The trust deed provides that two trustees be appointed by the Hohepa Homes Trust Board and further two trustees nominated by the Hohepa Parent Associations.

Present Trustees are: 
  • Mark Weaver - Chairman - Appointed by Hohepa Foundation
  • Simon Martin - Appointed by Hohepa Homes Trust Board 
  • Greg O'Connor - Appointed by Hohepa Homes Trust Board
  • Steve Ellison - Appointed by Hohepa Hawke's Bay Parents
  • Gendy Brown - Appointed by Hohepa Canterbury Parents
The trust deed allows the appointment of Local Boards or Advisory Trustees in any region. Advisory trustees appointed for funds held for the Canterbury region are:
  • Richard Elworthy - Chairman
  • John Morrisey
  • Gendy Brown    

Management and Custody of Assets
Assets are held independently of the Hohepa Homes Trust Board by Milford Asset Management who use The Public Trust as their Custodian Trustee.  Assets are subject to an independent audit.
